A Balloon's Journey Lesson Plan

Dublin is the capital city of Ireland and is located by the sea. The River Liffey flows through the centre of Dublin. Barnaby Bear visits Dublin and discovers that there are lots of people and shops. There is so much to do and see, that Barnaby decides he needs the help of a Tourist Information Centre.

Barnaby Bear locates Norway and its capital Oslo on a map. He notices that Norway is a long, thin country with sea all down one side. Barnaby travels to Norway in a coastal steamer. The steamer goes all along the Norwegian coast delivering goods and picking up tourists.
