Inspirational Paralympic champion Ade Adepitan talks about his life in order to spark new ways of thinking for people about themselves and their futures. Ade explains that he lost the use of his legs as a result of childhood polio. Despite this, he was determined to become an athlete after becoming obsessed with the Olympic Games as a boy.

The Effects Of War Video
Ten-year-old Cai is upset with his new family life. His soldier father has returned wounded from war and has been left physically damaged and emotionally fragile. While walking on the beach, Cai meets Amir, a refugee from the same war. Amir is desperate to find his own father from whom he was separated from when they crossed the globe in the hope they would find a peaceful life. Coming from two different realities, the boys find they have much more in common than they initially thought. Contains some footage suggesting PTSD which may be upsetting to younger audiences. Teacher review recommended prior to use in class.
Who Owns The Sky? Video
A story about a community of fisher-people whose livelihood depends on a river that dries up, which explores the concept of ownership of natural resources and whether they can be shared, and even stolen. Combining an animated parable with live action discussions with children, this encourages children to consider if and how natural resources like water can be owned and what happens when one community benefits from it at the expense of another, and is adapted from a story by Jason Buckley.
